We had furniture in storage for a short time which we had to extend through events out with our control. I was upset and humiliated by the way I was spoken to by a member of management when we had to extend our storage six days before our delivery.
We were charged an unexpected amount to delay delivery and refused information regarding daily/weekly storage charge when I asked for a breakdown of the extra costs.
On the day of removal and delivery the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite and made it very stress free.
We did have one damaged item and it was compensated very promptly.
Always ask for a clear and transparent breakdown of price.
