If I could leave 0 star I would. We have moved 19 times and this company has got to be the worse ones we have used ever , the shocking customer services with just so bad, even afterwards when I complained. Just a yes sorry...
Nothing else .
2 guys turned up , dirty van inside and out .
1 guy smelt of booze and told us he had been out late night before.
Still drunk !
The other guy looked like he was struggling lifting and sweating, and like he should retire! Like they picked the guys up from the local weatherspoons and offered them a few pints and a dirty burger to do a quick removal lol 😆.
Anyway we have a 4 bed house, but had no white goods, 0nly 1 wardrobe, sofa , chair , dining table and chairs few cabinets and few little bits and mattresses, as my husband went the week before to take all boxes and bed frames to new home .
Anyway I was promised a large box for my new 65' sky TV, and a box for my new microwave, and that they will secure the 2 PC monitors I have.
The used thin blankets on the monitors and tv . Not one box was used as promised .
And microwave was just stuck on the van !
My dining chairs , quiet new were thrown on and not piled nicely , or compact .
My Chesterfield sofa and wingback chair were also not covered at all. No protective blankets added and just plonked on . Same as my mattresses, just thrown on .
I looked at the van while it was open, I had 3 kids a 10 month old puppy and wanted to jist get going and leave . and I trusted them.
The open van, well I wish I took a photo, in hindsight.
It was so messy , looked like the inside of a skip or a teenagers bedroom!!!!!
The Professionalism was well non existent!!! For a large expensive professional company....!!
On entering my home to pack the van no feet were wiped at all , so I said when we get to new property my carpets are cream so please do u have any protective film or carpet protection.. most professional company's use a plastic sticky film on stairs .
His reply half drunk was who has cream carpets!
2.5 hour journey later we get to new property and I ask about the carpet protector ...
He asked if I had any bags for their feet.
I said no ?????.
He wasn't happy to use blankets up the stairs .
And gave my husand the blankets to pop on the stairs himself!!! The actual enthusiasm was catching!
The attitude of them was diabolical.
I get better manners from my dog . And he has none!!
Anyway after they left.
Few hours later my bedside tables were chipped in a few places. Paint .
I had a spare paint so I fixed them. Didn't think to moan or take photos...
Then a day or two later noticed my microwave door handle , new one , has a mark on handles. Where been knocked .
Then today upon cleaning my dining table , as been in house for 2 weeks .
The marks on it and a chair I didn't notice, as a busy mum I missed it .
But this table and chairs were immaculate before.
I would rather sell all my stuff or give it away than ever have to deal with this company ever ever again.
Save yourself the trouble and money !
