Luton not big enough for 1 trip, without tail lift for heavy items, had to ask passers by to help lift items, staff slow and left us with extra 30 boxes to move at end of day, had to employ another professional company to clear. Nightmare experience after reading good reviews.

Fantastic removal service from start to finish, the whole team went over and above nothing was too much trouble. Lovely friendly family business. I can't recommend them enough. Fantastic service all round.

Moved house yesterday and had a great day with the lads despite a national issue with money transfer throughout our chain. Paul and the boys kept the mood of the day on the up despite the 26 degree heat, waiting around and not getting the keys till 4:30.
I'd even go as far to say the day was fun. Lots of banter and jokes keeping up the moral with the team and ourselves, helping motivate all of us.
Shelley was great also when she came to quote and do an inventory, very professional and reassuring about the whole process. Which continued right up until the day despite her being on holiday!
I thoroughly recommend these guys.

Delightful experience from the owner coming out to my house to actually look at what was required to be moved why many other companies expected me to make films. And on the day, the team turned up early very professional very polite and made the movie. Very smooth. Highly recommend and fair priced

Our whole experience with Gibbs was brilliant! Shelley was really understanding and flexible when our moving date was pushed back at the last minute. On moving day, the guys were really professional and had our house packed into the van within an hour. Our completion was really late in the day, but again had everything moved into our new house within 2 hours of us getting our keys.
Would definitely recommend Gibbs - they made our moving day really stress free and for a really fair price!
