Absolutely horrendous experience with these immoral reprobates from start to finish and further action is now needed to recover losses. Be more careful as to who and what (reviews) you trust than I was.

. i was given a quote to pick up store and deliver to a new home in the UK
which i got before brexit and agreed to the quote but due to covid the move was delayed so i had to pay extra for a longer storage period which was fine .
My belongings had already been shipped to uk in 2020 ready to be delivered . Then i got an extra bill for 363.00 .
unfortunately i accepted this invoice in mistake for what i thought were the storage costs as i was expecting this bill so didn't read it i just ticked accept ( BIG MISTAKE) but no i then got another invoice for the storage which i was more than happy to pay and did pay ..
When i questioned the first invoice the girl said it was a charge the HMRS were charging due to brexit but as my belongings were already in the uk and had been for a few months i don't think i should have been charged this but obviously i had to pay other wise my belongings would not have been delivered .mi was told by the boss i had accepted the invoice .
Be careful with this company and make sure when you get a quote that it includes pick up storage and delivery too as that's what i thought i had got .
if covid had not happened and my stuff had been delivered without delay then i kniw i woukd not have been asked to most extra but they blamed brexit which had nothing to do with my belongings as that's a customs charge which came in due to brexit my belongings were in uk long befor brexit
please take care and don't make the same mistake just read everything and make sure you have a clear estimate as they always hold the trump card as they have your goods.Read more

The price was competitive, Everyone I spoke to was friendly and approachable and between emails, phone and WhatsApp whenever we had a query we were promptly seen to.
The team loading us and unloading us were quick, careful and professional.
We had a couple of minor issues, which were resolved with no fuss or quibbles.
I would highly recommend them.

Difficult to work out load size and delay in getting timely delivery Vans on pick are medium size and had to get 2 pick ups.
