Firstly, having thought I was dealing with Curtis, but a White & Co., van turned up. They are apparently linked - would have been nice to know. Although I'd paid for a wrap and unwrap service, I ended up doing alot of this myself. The company charged about £800 more than a competitor. The drivers were particularly keen to get away once they had dumped all the boxes. The office suggested I hadn't paid for the unboxing, but it was on the paperwork. There is a box collection service once you've unloaded yourself, but the local depot were reluctant to come and take the boxes, and asked if I could take them to the tip myself. Unimpressed. No plans to move again - but I would look elsewhere for a removal company if I did.

First time using a moving company and would recommend it, from the moment the guys started it was faultless, we left them to it in the morning and went out for a few hours, came back to almost complete empty house, quick clean and we were on our way to the new house, unpacked by 5:30 pm and nothing was too much trouble, up multiple flights of stairs with heavy boxes and furniture and generally just a good laugh as well which helps on a stressful day. 100% recommended

Moving is one of the most stressful things anyone can do, but I found Curtiss & Sons to be friendly, polite, professional, patient and affordable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to move house.
