A small family company and everyone is friendly/ professional who are 100% dedicated.
Ed came to meet us first and gave us enough time to find out our situation and our needs. We packed our own stuff but they helped to disassemble and assemble our furniture professionally. They moved all boxes and the tricky and fragile furniture with great care. Ed and team are highly recommended if you want to move your house with less stress and at competitive fees. We are certainly going to contact them for our next move.

One of the most stressful things in life is moving house…. You have to think about packing all your belongings as well as liaising with the agents, solicitors, surveyors and not to forget a removal company. With so many plates to juggle, you want to ensure you work with organizations that are reliable and honest.
We spent a lot of time looking for the right removal company and received a number of quotes but from the first time that we dealt with Ed from Trux, we decided this was the company to go with.
When Ed came over, he went through the process and advised us on some concerns we had - he was very approachable and very helpful
Following the visit, we received the quote which I followed up with Ed and again he was really helpful. Even when we needed more boxes, Ed and his team provided us with this without any questions
Trux was also the only company that didn’t try to charge us more for dismantling our ottoman beds.
On the day of moving, Ed and his team turned up early in the morning and just got on with the job - they helped us move all our belongings from our old house to the new house and nothing was too much for them and they delivered on everything they committed to if not more!

Trux were highly recommended to us and we now understand why. They moved us out of our house in Enfield and into their storage facility, then up to Warwick a few months later and were faultless on both ‘moves’. Fantastic service, great and hard working lads, very professional, experienced and well run family business. Would recommend to anyone, the most trustworthy removal company I’ve ever known. Friendly professional moving company who are very dedicated and professional. They packed and moved our entire house which has lots of stuff without a single breakage and all on time!

Trux moved us into Storage, and back into our new house over June 2021. They were exceptional. They had us prepared and ready for moving day. Both moving out and in they were careful, efficient, tidy and pleasant to be around and respectful of our neighbours.
I would absolutely recommend you contact them early on as they are super helpful throughout.
