THIS GUY IS A JOKE. I PUT AN HONEST REVEIW AND ITS AFFECTS HIS BUSINESS AND HE ARGUES THIS WITH ME.

I spoke to Andy today for a quote. As to be expected I wanted a few quotes from other companies too. They all came back with around the same price of £25. However, Andy said he was in the area and could do it for £20 for tomorrow only. Otherwise it would be £30 (please bare in mind that this would take all of 20 minutes as it is 4 miles from pick up to drop off). So after I had called a couple more places i got back to Andy for a confirmation. I didnt get an answer the first time I called nor did I the second time I called, he then quickly answered and said 'call back in 10 minutes' and hung up. So I left it 20 minutes and called again then no answer. So I messaged him with the details and his quote. To this I got a lovely phone call from Andy telling me that he couldn't do the time I stated and would be better at 1pm. I agreed and then he told me that he was charging me £25,so as you can imagine I disagreed and told him what he had said earlier. To which he told me that I was going to cause him trouble and that I was a kn*b head (at this point I hung up the phone) I also received a message a couple of minutes later, I'll let you all read this message and if you can workout what on hell it means please tell me because I have no clue.
Also I would definitely NOT recommend this man he isnt worth your time or your money.

As it's taken you 10 months to reply maybe you should look over the messages exchanged between us. As I didn't contact you mid morning (as you, google and the rest of the world can see in my helpful picture at the bottom of the review has a handy time stamp) of the day, I contacted you the day before asking if you was available. At that point you should of said no sorry i'm fully booked rather than being greedy and trying to fit my small job in. As stated in the conversation between us the american fridge/freezer was ready to go straight on the van as I would sort it all out.
So Andy I thank you for your reply, but I can see through your lies and so can everyone else.Read more

Contacted Andy to clear a room. He said that he could do it that Saturday at 12. Great, I thought. Day before the Saturday he phoned and said it’d be nearer 2.30pm. Annoying but I agreed anyway. At 3.05pm on the day, he phoned and said he’d be an hour to an hour and a half. At 5pm, I gave up. We had driven 45 minutes each way, especially to open the empty house for him and he didn’t even bother to turn up. I phoned him at 5pm, got no reply, sent him a text to say we’d given up and gone home and he replied with “apologies”. Don’t use this man- HE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!

Andy quoted me months before I needed to relocate and held the quote. I was moving from south to north, a heck of a journey and pouring rain both ends. He kept his good humour a lot better than I did !! Especially when it came to lugging all my books around and chasing up one of my dogs who made a run for it. Really nice bloke, I'd recommend him and he is honest and trustworthy, too, and you need that when you're a single woman, you don't want some weirdo rocking up !!

The number one best attribute about this driver is his speed of service, loading and unloading, plus his accuracy with judging routes and planning around unforeseen changes on roads and motorways.
When Andy picked up a consignment for me it was around 1 ton of boxes, he booked me in quickly and made great time getting down there, the chap he picked the boxes up from said it was a pleasure to meet with him and AndyVan went the extra mile when it came to unloading and neatly re-stacking the load. it was done methodically and carefully but most of all quickly.
Five Stars. Knows his trade, efficient van driver and removals man. Highly recommend, give him a call.
