I can't recommend Braithwaite's highly enough. Ben and his team moved me from Chipping Norton to a storage facility in Kirkham this week, and they have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They made the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible - nothing was too much trouble and their customer care is second to none. I was also really impressed by the way Ben looks after his team and trains up the young lads on the job, spending time instructing them throughout. The whole team were professional and friendly, and I will definitely be using them again.

Moved house last Friday, they were excellent. The move was delayed till near 17:00 they did everything they could to help and were really clear that they'd be staying around till the job was done and there's nothing to worry about. Both really polite and all our belongings were well looked after without any damage. I would definitely recommend using them.

Ben and his team have just moved us. They accommodated us at short notice. They moved us from previous home into store, then from storage in to new home. From start to finish we cannot praise their services enough. They worked hard, efficiently and as a great, friendly team. No breakages or problems. They took the stress of our move away from us. We would highly recommend them to any one.

We contact a couple of removal companies . However when Ben arrived he was very professional , polite and so helpful,
When it came to removal day.( Blackpool to Northumbria) .His whole team were very professional , courteous and polite.through out the day although it was a very long and hard day for them. They looked after all our items.like there own property with nothing getting damaged.
I would like to say a big thank you once again to them .

I cannot recommend this company enough! I needed a removal company that could not only make the physical job of packing easy but also support, respect and include, my 80 year old Auntie in her move after 48 years. That is exactly what I got with Ben and his team.
They got her involved, checked everything with her, listened and responded to her concerns and all at her pace, not their's. The team were polite, kind and efficient and it was clear that they new their craft.
The team made this transition easy which helped me in supporting her in such a big change.

Hi, I rang Ben the other day with a request for help at short notice. He went out of his way to sort my problem.
He was kind , informative and professional.
His team rang me this morning as they were a bit early.
I expected anytime from 7.30 onwards so was ready for the call. I met them 2 minutes later.
All job done, no hitches all straight forward. Polite helpful staff. Job done, could nt ask for more. Good price 👍 well done.
