I was recommended by a family friend to use Gregory Blackburn shipping.
Unfortunately This was the worse customer service experience ever. I will not even recommend them to my enemy
They came and collected my items on the date and time given 16st October 2024 with a docking date in Guyana 18th November 2024 we are now in 23rd January 2025 and shipment has arrived in Guyana.
I called Gregory Blackburn shipping company they were very unprofessional and not forthcoming. As we speak, I have used their website email, no response, texted no response, WhatsApp texted and called no response.
I strongly advise anyone not use this company you will be sadly disappointed like I have been.
Bad customer service,
poor communication skills,
and unprofessional.
personally I would recommend that this company should ceased trading forthwith.

[Name removed by Sirelo] owner very rude over charge customer and doesn't answer phone call ofter getting customer money and goods to ship no customer service people need to stop shipping with him horrible man

If I could give this person (Melvin Cameron, trading as Gregory Blackburn shipping) 0 I would.
Shipped a barrel from London to Grenada in November. Barrel did not arrive, Melvin Cameron is not answering calls or messages. Police are now involved.
Stay away from this ‘shipper’ if you want your goods to arrive.
