We used this company for a removal from storage to a rental. Firstly the vans arrived with different company logo on them so there was confusion if they were even ours. Despite telling them how much we had to move another van had to be called last minute. The guys were friendly enough but it wasn’t until we were settled the other end we realised some noticeable damage to a piece of furniture. Numerous emails and threat of legal action, we never received a suitable response or compensation. Avoid using at all costs, moving is stressful enough without constant follow up when all you really want to do is move on.

This was a last minute booking and I cannot recommended a better moving company. They helped us from the start of the process and didn't stop until everything was settled. Polite and very professional employees. Any troubles and doubts were reassured. Nothing was damaged and everything was handled with so much care. Thank you, would definitely book again!!

The service this company provided was top notch from start to finish. They were very reliable and ensured the whole process went as smoothly as possible which I greatly appreciated as it removed some of the stress and anxiety I was allready feeling that day with everything else that was going on. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company. I will deffinately be using them again in the future

Can’t thank this business enough! The team are very professional and helped me move everything with ease. Overall, the movers made this experience very easy and worry-free as everything was made extremely secure in the van before taking it to the new location. I would highly recommend Watson Removals.
