NO stars really don’t deserve 1 but had to put in to verify review !!
Underestimated volume of our furniture etc van overloaded and not enough crew
Furniture was supposed to be unassembled and reassembled by them- did not happen
Furniture and boxes dumped anywhere despite labelling so we have to move them to correct room when they left
Damages were not taken seriously
Heavy garage item not moved as promised and was damaged as a result
Crew took 12 hrs to complete this move
Rude customer care when concerns were raised and bill not paid
Rude and threatening behaviour from owner when he turns up at new property unannounced threatened to tip our possessions out of the crates we hadn’t managed to empty
Low amount offered for damages which doesn’t cover replacement/ repairs
Would not recommend these at all
