The best indicator of a good company is the way they react when things go wrong.
Me & Him damaged two items during moving and in one, tried to hide the damaged item! Worse was to come.
Me & Him took no ownership of the problem....they passed me over to their insurers who rejected the claim as it was too late (hard to avoid when one of the items was hidden! and to be clear I raised the issue with them 20 days after moving).
I then wrote Emails and a letter to Me & Him which were just ignored.
So you judge are they a good Company?

Bad experience. The removal men were polite and worked hard but unfortunately 2 of my garden statues ( A terracotta warrier and a replica Easter Island head) were broken in the van. I was told they had insurance and was sent a form to claim, but when I returned the form I was told they only had liability insurance and that they had told the insurers that there was no proof they had been broken in transit. Photos were taken on the day they arrivedshowing the damage and the men working were shown the items but the company deny any responsibilty. I could not recommend you use this compnay.
