Reviews

Our completion date was decided last minute so we were grateful to them for arranging the removal at such late notice to help us complete the move before the stamp duty increases. We were impressed with the efficiency of the process as a representative came to review and discuss our requirements, and we received a quote and moving date the very same day.
In terms of the move itself we found the staff to be polite, professional and very accommodating. All furniture arrived in our new house in the same condition it left the old.
Sherpa Brother Removals provided an excellent service and we would definitely recommend to anyone requiring removal services.

Missing item (a large mirror) only returned over a fortnight later.
Lost screws from a bookshelf so unusable until we source and buy replacements.
Damaged wall when putting items upstairs and did not agree to fix it swiftly in an acceptable way. This is still damaged now.
No ownership taken of the damage at the time. We had to point out the damage.
Items not placed in areas we wanted so elderly couple left to move heavy items such as a sofa.
Hurried manner.
No apologies for the poor service.
Difficult to contact.
Shouted at me and showed extreme frustration when pulled up for the poor service.
Extremely let down.
An example of a company taking advantage of an elderly couple, one of whom has dementia.
Avoid.
