At Jovada Express, all goods are covered under our Goods in Transit Insurance, as well as Removals Insurance, ensuring protection against damage or loss during transport. In the rare event of damage, our team will investigate to resolve the issue swiftly. Valid claims are compensated according to policy terms, with options for repair, replacement, or reimbursement. Our priority is to handle your belongings with care and resolve any issues fairly and efficiently.
