My first shipment using K G Logistics (US to UK) and they did NOT disappoint. To be honest I was sceptical given the cost as this was my first shipment / experience using the company and I could not be happier.
I received my shipment today, the whole process from start to finish has been exemplary with prompt updates at every stage of the process. A big shout out to Matt, Lois and Anthony.
How refreshing to have such great service and cannot be under-estimated. I will definitely be using KG Logistics moving forward.

Extremely positive experience, competitive quotes and friendly service. Most importantly they are able to quickly resolve any issues regarding our imports from China and manage from Ex-W, FOB and anything in between. Delivery with taillift not a problem as well as timed delivery at a small extra cost. Highly recommend.
