We would like to thank Dani and his team for their care and expertise when moving us from Essex to Lincolnshire. There was a lot of packing to do as we had 30 years of stuff. The packers were excellent and came in two days before followed the next day for loading the big stuff half way through we had to stop as there was a problem with our buyers but Dani and Big Ron were amazing and told us not to stress it would be sorted. Our solicitor called us late that day to say we could go but had to be two days later. It was very stressful and they couldn't move us on the day as they were fully booked. But the came up trumps and moved us on the Saturday so all was well in the end. They got to us early and were all unloaded putting things in the right rooms etc and.got away in three hours.
We finished unpacking about a week ago and no breakages to report. Amazing from start to finish. Well done the whole team, Thankyou.
We are now happy and settled in our new home in Lincolnshire.👍☺️

Smooth Moves were very organised and hard working. They made sure the whole process went as smooth as possible. Danny, Emma, Tj and Brandon was the team for the day and i cannot thank them enough. Would highly recommend.

Smooth Moves were able to quote and provide boxes promptly, which helped in making our move easier. Dani was professional from the first contact and on moving day the team worked so hard throughout.
Emma in particular was a star! She kept me calm and reassured that things were more organised than I thought and even hung our clothes back in the wardrobes.

Dani and the team were amazing at managing our move. The support provided with securing a moving date when we were challenged with a complicated conveyancing chain, was second to none. Smooth moves really live up to their name and took the stress away from the process. All of our belongings were taken care of and so much respect was shown throughout the whole process. The team work really hard and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We can thoroughly recommend Smooth Moves as a trusted and thoroughly professional removals company. Dani and his team, at every stage of the process, were reassuring, friendly and positive - nothing seemed too much trouble, even though the move from Essex to Somerset, with separate loading and unloading days across a weekend, seemed complicated to us. The Smooth Moves team was positive and upbeat all day on both days - they worked incredibly hard. It says a lot about them that they remained so upbeat and energetic, given the 5.30 am start they had in order to drive down to Somerset on unloading day.

I just wanted to express my absolute gratitude on how amazing your team is! They were fantastic and took so much care with my stuff and extra care with the sentimental items.
From the phone call and having a quote obtained for the move, I had lots of communication and updates on anything like when my boxes would arrive to which I received just the right amount which goes to show they know exactly what they doing and are professional.
They worked hard with planning their workload and loading everything up. They were super tidy and placed everything in the areas I required to make my unpacking easy. They completed the move within a timely manner - beyond expectations. The team made the move stress free and I will 100% use again and recommend highly.
