We moved yesterday ( 24th October 2024). Very impressed with Smooth Moves, professional and as the name states made the move as smooth as possible. Owner and workers were very helpful done everything they could to make things as easy as possible. I defiantly would recommend Smooth Moves if your moving worth every penny and more.

Smooth Moves helped my mum move today and they couldn’t have been more helpful! They were cheerful and efficient - nothing was too much trouble and they really went above and beyond with their service. Hopefully she won’t be moving for a while (!) but we’d use them again without a doubt. Thank you Smooth Moves!

Dani moved us today and he and the guys were fantastic. Very calm and patient during the completion process, we felt assured any problems would be accomodated. Everything went smoothly and they were cheerful and kind and went the extra mile. Thank you.

This company moved us from Rochford to Colchester last Friday & they were absolutely amazing. Danny came over a week before to view the house & see what needed to be taken on the moving van to provide an accurate quote. He also gave us some really helpful advice & was very professional but lovely at the same time. The company also provided us with packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, & paper) which were such a good quality. On moving day, the team we had arrived on time and begun immediately packing things into the van. Emma, Marcus & James knew exactly what they were doing when packing the van (always working out their plan), they worked tirelessly, & were so careful with our items. They then unfortunately got stuck for hours down the motorway on route to the new house which meant they had to stay later into the evening (on a Friday night) to get everything unpacked at the new house. They didn’t leave until around 8pm!! Despite a very long day, they all continued to work so hard throughout & did such an amazing job! Thank you so so much to Emma, Marcus & James!

We were moved by Smooth Moves Removals today and could not be more happy with the whole process.
Emma, Reece and BB were amazing! They were so efficient, friendly and helpful, we could not have hoped for a better service. We moved from Essex to Suffolk, so it was a long day for them, but they made it stress free and we would highly recommend! Thanks guys! Karen and Ben

I cannot express how grateful I am for big Ron, little Ron, Billy & then a whole other team who turned up to help after they finished a job early. We booked these guys to move us into our new home on the hottest day of the year and they were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they got all of our stuff to our new house safely without any damage at all. The team worked tirelessly to get the house in order and went above and beyond for us. the fact a whole additional team turned up to help out after their last job of the day just shows how dedicated they are. Truly would urge you to book these guys if you are moving. Thanks so so much!
