I would definitely recommend Pro Porters. The move was not easy with several delays and then at the last minute the funds did not arrive on time on the removal date. Richard and the team had already packed us and were very flexible and able to extend our move date to the next day. They stored our belongings for another night and were able to move us in the next day. Great team of professional and friendly staff who worked with us on where to put the boxes of contents. Fantastic team thank you so much!

There aren’t enough stars on this rating system to express how outstanding Pro Porters have been for our recent move! From the first phone call, to every email correspondence, to the packing away and unloading our house they were superb- thank you!!!
The guys who actually moved us were amazing- there wasn’t a single swear word all day, or a single grumpy word between them and bearing in mind we were experiencing a heat wave, that was quite remarkable! They smiled their way through the day, were so friendly to us throughout the day and they couldn’t have been more respectful and considerate to both the home that we were leaving and the shiny new one that we moved into.
Although their quote was slightly higher than the others, it included everything. When we dug down into the other quotes we received we realised that we were going to have to pay for loads of extras, in particular; insurance, key waiting time(cost per member of staff per hour after 1pm), moving of work products wasn’t included. Also some quotes were totally pie in the sky with what they could achieve.
Pro Porters were worth every penny and we couldn’t recommend them any more highly!!Read more

excellent service from the guys at Pro-Porters Swindon for our house move. Made the whole process so much easier and Richard very helpful on the set up and quote the team that did the physical move were very helpful and good personalities and nothing too much trouble for them. would highly recommend them to anyone looking for house move.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The chap that came out to quote was friendly and professional. Richard in the office was always available and very accommodating for some short notice date changes. The team that actually moved us were amazing, very careful with our items, efficient and most importantly during what is always a stressful day put us at ease and made it actually enjoyable, we were sad to see them go! I would not use any other company for moving.
