PLEASE BE WARNED - DO NOT TO USE THESE ROGUES
used recently for a house move, so many items broken and damaged. Many not noticed until unpacking and despite having their insurance they point blank refuse to cover damages. However - not surprise by this as the whole experience from moving day to unpacking has been awful. Care of our belongings loading, in-transit and unloading was absolutely non-existent.
They did not allow anywhere near enough time to do the job they had quoted and were paid for. Consequently everything from start to finish was incredibly rushed. Our belongings were simply dumped wherever there was floor space, upstair or down, it didn't matter to them! Everything was in such a mess that identifying and organising boxes to the right rooms afterwards was a mammoth task that we shouldn't have had to do - they should have put everything in the right rooms!
The staff on the day were all self employed workers not actually employed by the Company who just told us the Company were short staffed, had taken on too many jobs and they didn't have enough vans to do the work they had booked.
This company DO NOT CARE about you and your belongings, just about taking your money. Very arrogant attitude. Absolutely the worst experience of our lives - please, please be warned.Read more

I cannot recommend the team at Cambridge removals highly enough- Ben, Carl and Dave made the process very stress free and were professional and humorous throughout! Hard workers for sure! Thanks again *****

Excellent service from Cambridge Removals & Storage; helpful and friendly staff, both the removal guys and the office staff. The packing service was seamless, storage simple and delivery to new property went really well. They made moving house a lot less stressful. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Prior planning was detailed and efficient. The team arrived on time and were professional and very accommodating. They made our move a great experience. We definitely would use them again and recommend this company for both moving and storage.

This company helped us move from Cambridge to Kent. All workers were extremely hardworking yet polite and made the whole thing seem like a breeze. They safely moved everything to our new house and put all boxes in their respective rooms ready for unpacking.
Also a special shout out to the call staff who were very helpful and friendly and answered all questions we had beforehand. This reassured us it was the right company to go with of the ones we'd got quotes for.
