Better than I could have imagined. The chaps who came to move me yesterday were so kind and helpful! I hadn't used a removals company before so was unsure what to pack and not pack! Nothing was too much trouble for them, they disassembled items and put them back together and even tried their best to make things feel like a home on my return (putting the sofa and furniture in the lounge in a way that looks homely instead of just dumping it in the middle of the room (which I'd have expected!). They went above and beyond. Cost was reasonable and they are very kind. ONE negative... I was asked to call the office on the phone within an hour of them leaving to pay the invoice. It would be much better to pay online before or be sent an invoice online to complete within quick invoice terms, instead of panicking to find my debit card the day I've moved in!

I stored my stuff in a storage unit whilst travelling and everything was super smooth. It was really easy to get everything set up and to do the 4 weekly payments. When I moved my stuff in and out the staff were really friendly and helpful.

As huge thank you to Nigel and his friendly team of men who were so efficient and courteous in my daughter's house move From the word go communication was excellent .They worked so hard .Highly recommend to anyone wanting a house move .10 out of 10 for service 😃

Really great service from everyone in this company, Georgie was super helpful and the guys who moved all my stuff were great, (especially Harry)they did a professional job from start to finish and it was all at reasonable rate. On another occasion Georgie also managed to agrrange some some flooring to be collected an delivered at short notice, again first rate, so thanks to Nigel and the team
