We used Reed Removals for a house move from London to the south coast and would highly recommend their service. Very efficient and professional which made the move very smooth for us.

Removal date all agreed for this Monday. Get a call Friday morning to say a driver is off sick so they can't do the job! They might be able to load it on Tuesday, but would have to put it into storage at £100+ per week with no idea of when they can deliver! So unprofessional. What removal company wouldn't have one or two drivers on standby for exactly this situation. No amount of 'how sorry I am' can make up for the hassle and expense of finding a replacement removal company - if I can in the 1 day I've got!

The team at Reed were amazing from start to finish and I highly recommend them. From the very reasonable quote to the packing service and the move itself, the team could not have done more. Completion did not go to plan but the team were so patient, calm and reassuring and made, what was a pretty stressful experience, much easier. They even made me laugh when the sale was delayed. They went the extra mile to organise things and I cannot thank them enough.

Excellent removal company from initial quote with Jon, packing service with Steve and moving day with Dale and Rob. Courteous, professional, very helpful and competitive pricing. Cheerful friendly company with good communication and updates throughout. Would gladly recommend!

Incredible service and an incredible team.
Myself and my husband used Reed Removals for our half way up the country move and they were absolutely amazing, so professional and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Harley especially just made the whole experience so straight forward and nothing was too much trouble. We had a slight hiccup on move in day with the keys but the team waited patiently and never made me feel uncomfortable about it at all. They were very understanding which after a 4 hour drive must've been tedious, however they managed the situation fantastically. We've had no issues with anything and we would certainly recommend this company to everyone now. We have already decided when we move next time, we will be using this company. I also just want to say Mark was incredible too, fantastic communication and really made an effort to build rapport, this stood out to me and ultimately made us go with this company. They also made packing easy, we decided to pack everything ourselves and quickly realised we would need more boxes so Mark hand delivered them himself to our property along with packing tape.
A huge thank you to the team for making our move so straightforward and quick. I'm sure my review speaks volumes and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
