Sirelo asks...
What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
We include our comprehensive Standard Liability with all our UK moves, up to £50,000.
Our offer the same excellent protection should you need to use our Storage service.
We use a specialist insurance broker who have their own experienced in house loss adjusters, trained to deal with any claims swiftly.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
Check if your chosen mover accepts reasonability for any damages caused by their staff, if they offer insurance or enhanced Liability terms separately, make sure you add it to cost of their quote!
Use good quality, double walled card boxes for packing, avoid plastic crates which can dent or scratch your furniture.

Dibbens moved us yesterday from the Isle of Wight to Clevedon and as with other reviews, I can’t recommend them enough.
From Dan coming to assess what we had, to moving in yesterday, the experience was made so much easier. We met 5 of the team and each and everyone of them was friendly, courteous and hardworking and are an asset to the company.
They didn’t moan once despite the heat and only left us when they were sure there was nothing else to do.
A brilliant company with an excellent workforce.

Recently used Dibbens to move us from Kent to The Isle of Wight, the company was very professional from start to finish. The team were extremely helpful throughout the entire move.
The office were very accommodating despite constant changing of completion dates.
I would thoroughly recommend Dibbens.

We were really impressed with the service we received from Dibbens recently when we moved to the Isle of Wight from South Yorkshire. The move was carried out over three days and the men were very efficient and helpful. They worked with us to make the move as painless and trouble free as possible. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Dibbens moved us from Surrey to the Isle of Wight in February and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The whole process from initial enquiry to moving in was seamless. As well as being competitively priced, the service was excellent at every stage. Ricky and Gareth were professional, courteous and very helpful. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure our move went well and it was a genuine pleasure meeting them! What could have been a stressful experience was made much easier by their calm and friendly approach and can-do attitude!

Brilliant removals company! Went above and beyond throughout the process and made it stress free for me, when our move kept being delayed. The guys on the day were also fantastic and we had the lorry loaded up vertically and efficiently. For such a long move from the IOW to Yorkshire I am very glad I chose them! Thanks again!
