Minters of Deal were established in 1920, since which time they have been providing a removals and storage service for the local community and built a solid reputation for care, consideration and reliability, so much so that a high proportion of our business comes from recommendation.
Reliable, specialised vehicles may be expensive but they feel they are essential for removal work and therefore they run a continually upgraded fleet of well serviced and maintained vehicles.
They also have excellent storage facilities at their own purpose built facility in Sandwich, Kent that is covered by all round Security Fencing, CCTV, Fully Alarmed, Fully Watertight and meets Fire & Safety regulations and Pest Control.
They offer tailored door to door relocation services to all European and Worldwide destinations, They also offer "Door to Door" worldwide packing and shipping plus a comprehensive commercial removals service, all handled by our helpful and experienced staff.
They can also offer from stock a wide range of assorted materials for owner packing albeit boxes, paper, bubblewrap, wardrobes cartons, tape, mattress bags, paper blankets etc.Read more

If I could give 6 stars I would. Our moving date changed several times, the office were helpful and flexible. The quote was very reasonable, it was a big move including packing and a 110 mile journey. The packers swooped in like a flock of hungry seagulls on a plate of chips and packed carefully, efficiently and quickly. Special mentions for Steve and Darren who also unloaded at the other end, including a piano and a 6 foot terracotta warrior statue. The men all worked hard and were polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. I recommend and would certainly use Minters again myself.

I was very happy with the staff at Minters. They had a can-do attitude throughout the whole move despite a very narrow road, steep stairs and heavy items. Helpful and courteous- highly recommended!

A first class service from Minters. The estimate was done on FaceTime which was convenient and efficient. The guys who packed all our belongings worked so hard and were very friendly and polite. Everything arrived safely at our new home with no damages whatsoever. We would definitely recommend Minters. Thank you all.

An absolutely fantastic first class service from the Minters team.
From quote to completion it was a breeze.
We had a full pack and unload at our new house and the team were hard working, friendly and incredibly delicate with all our possessions.

Beyond impressed with Minters.
We had a few quotes for a big move from Kent to County Durham, all other companies couldn’t tow our trailer and were charging over £1,000 more than Minters to do less work. Minters were the only company who could meet our needs and were the cheapest. They were the only company who seemed unfazed by our specific requirements and made it seem like it was no trouble. (Other companies made it seem like it was a difficult job)
All the staff were so friendly and the two guys who moved us were incredible. Very down to earth and very easy to get on with.
They were very quick and gentle with our things. Even made sure to show us that delicate items were ok after delivery.
It was a three day move and they made sure our daughter’s cot was built on the day of the move for her to sleep. In their words “she is the most important”. They were very sweet in interacting with her.
Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. We are so glad we went with them. It made moving day stressless.Read more

I used Minters for a recent move & found them excellent all round. I looked to see which companies were recommended in local FB groups & contacted three. Minters were def the best. I had packing & removals, two days. Both went smoothly. As I was downsizing, a few things could've been stressful but the guys were helpful & calm. Minters was def the right choice!
