Fantastic moving company.
We relocated to Hampshire and Direct Moves were brilliant throughout.
They provided the packaging resources.
They had brilliant customer service and were always friendly and available.
They had brilliant communication during the process and were always prompt.
They kept within the time frames and took good care of our possessions.
They were brilliant with having a 4 year old who was occasionally a bit in the way and serenading them.
Honestly I can't fault them in any way. They were absolutely fantastic and I am so glad I used them for our move!

Direct moves were brilliant. They arrived early on our moving day and packed up our 4 bedroom house by 10:30am, unfortunately there was a delay in us getting our keys for the new house but they were understanding and had us moved in no time. Very professional and took care of our furniture, would definitely recommend.

Chris was excellent in dealing with our move, willing to help & take my calls when needed before the move day. We would certainly use them again should the need arise. A lovely team of guys too, led by Tom. They were all very polite, cheerful and efficient. Thanks again for making the day go so smoothly and stress free. A wonderful team!!
