Chris was excellent in dealing with our move, willing to help & take my calls when needed before the move day. We would certainly use them again should the need arise. A lovely team of guys too, led by Tom. They were all very polite, cheerful and efficient. Thanks again for making the day go so smoothly and stress free. A wonderful team!!

I can’t recommend Direct Moves enough — they made a very stressful move completely bearable. The team we had were fantastic: friendly, efficient, professional, and genuinely reassuring to have around on such a hectic day.
Chris was especially helpful. When our original moving date fell through, he handled everything calmly and supported us throughout. Even on the actual moving day, when we ran into difficulties, he was brilliant and made sure everything went smoothly.
A great team and an excellent service all round. Highly recommended!

I hired Direct Move to help with a move into storage and they were fantastic from start to finish. Two friendly and professional staff members packed up all my fragile kitchen items with great care and handled heavy furniture with ease. They managed to fit a large sofa through a tight front door and skilfully navigated the moving van into a narrow driveway at the other end — no small feat! Everything was stacked securely and efficiently into temporary storage. They worked hard, were very respectful, and made the whole process stress-free. I’ll definitely be using them again!
