Our journey with Happy Moves started in April 2025.
The team at Happy moves were professional, easy to approach, accommodating, friendly and very helpful along the way.
Due to delays in our chain I had to keep moving the completion date, this was accommodated by the team, it was not an issue at all.
We decided to go for the pack up and removal service, this proved to be the best decision we made.
The pack up team Jackie, Sophie, Jordan and Cameron turned up promptly on the day. It was a very hot day and they all worked tirelessly to pack our house up, I still can’t believe they did it in a day…they were friendly and respectful, we had a laugh and they even made sure our boys were not stressed by the process.
Then move day and Jordan, Cameron and Steve turned up again promptly as agreed. Another hot day for them, they worked non stop and got us loaded and ready to go in no time. Honestly I take my hat off to the guys they worked non stop.
They even made sure Betty arrived at our new house in one piece. Betty is my hydrangea….thanks for looking after her.
A few delays meant we didn’t get the keys until around 15:00, the guys again worked their socks off to get us in.
Thank you to you all, we really couldn’t have done it without you. If I missed anyone personally I’m sorry.

Absolutely fantastic removals firm. The team showed up prompt and early in the morning and were done packing up our 4 bed house in no time and on the road to the new house within 4 hours! Everything arrived in great shape and the team are also a good laugh! Very much recommended. Special mention to Cameron, Jordan and Rob for a job well done!

Our movers over 2 days were Jordan ( the supervisor ) , Mason, Rob and Ryan. This is the second time we have used Happy Moves and as always the lads ooze ‘happiness’ and make moving day a much less stressful event. Nothing is too much trouble and they work at lightening speed, whilst still taking great care of our belongings. Thank you and I give highest recommendation. 👍👏🏻😁

Fantastic service and a competitive price in the market. Really nice family feel business, super down to earth, hard working and very diligent in their approach. Super careful with all of our belongings and no breakages upon unpacking. Would highly recommend. They all worked extremely hard, Jordon was great fun to be around, he’d go above and beyond to ensure service level was top tier. Mason was great on the move day too!

Where do I start??
This family run company are absolutely incredible! Moving for our family, had a huge amount of emotional turmoil, and from the minute I arrived on my drive, feeling really unsettled by the impending move, I was swept into the house by Jaqui and Sophie, making me a tea and calming me down in a very personal way.
The team were incredible.. The upbeat atmosphere, everyone working together, Jordan full of laughter when he called in advance to let me know that the vans were on their way, to Carl, quietly working with precision and a gentle manner... Then, as the move got harder ( we had so much stuff to move) nothing was an imposition. They assembled all of our furniture, and as more and more helpers arrived, they just went above and beyond their work.
We'd wanted a sofa bed originally upstairs and it was clear it was too heavy to take up the stairs, but guess what, they found a way!
Rob and Steve ( brothers and Co owners of Happy Moves) just kept arriving throughout to check if we were OK, and happy with the service and Cindy had been attentive from the minute we booked with the company.. Her calm demeanour went a long way!
Sophie and Jacqui were unbelievably supportive. They knew I'd found the whole experience hard.... We were transporting 3 animals, 3 kids and it could have been a very cold transaction with removal people ( which I've experienced before) but the day was truly a happy move!
I cannot reccomend this company enough!
Do not hesitate to book with them. They really offer a 1st class service!
