I had an extremely disappointing experience with this removal company. As someone on a limited budget due to being disabled, I found their prices to be too high for my needs and completely unaffordable for my situation. I explained and replied in email to them.I at a later date asked about storage and was arrogantly reminded about my price for removals they gave. When I politely explained my financial constraints and asked if they offered any storage options as a potential alternative, I was met with ridicule and unprofessionalism.
Instead of showing understanding or offering helpful solutions, the representative dismissively told me I would be 'more out of pocket' and implied I should have just paid for their overpriced services. This kind of response is not only insensitive but also completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with someone who is clearly trying to navigate financial limitations.
A good company would show compassion and try to work with customers, not mock them for their circumstances. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially those on a tight budget or with specific needs. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for removal services.Read more
