Used merrils yesterday for house move. Highly recommend. Stephen was very friendly great communication
We wanted to use a local company and we got great service. They went to parents house to collect pre planned item and even collected a few extras for us. Quickly unpacked at the other end. Moving house is very stressful, but merrils made physical removal easy. Thankyou !

We chose Merrills as they are a local, family owned business in Hillsborough. They were fanastic at both ends of our house move (to a city 50 miles away), Stephen and his team had the house cleared just shy of four hours, everything was labelled, handled carefully and efficiently - you could tell that they had been professionals for a very long time! They supplied all of the boxes and equipment, even leaving traffic cones with us so we could carve out some parking space on our road.
At the other end, all our furniture, beds, boxes were unloaded very quickly and nothing was any trouble for the team. Every item was in exactly the same condition as when it was loaded.
Couldn't recommend them enough, competively priced, Stephen was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. 10/10

Excellent service from start to finish. Very reasonably priced too.
So helpful and professional at both sides. We had a problem getting our keys which was very stressful and after stephen and his partner waited over 3 hours outside the house they still carried out the work without making us feel pressurised and were so understanding so thank you so much. Great company.

I had Merrills Removals help move all my goods into storage today 10.2.24, any communications I've had with them has been helpful, prompt and friendly, even explaining without any prompting it's more expensive to move things at the weekend and cheaper in the week. They arrived on time, were friendly, smiling, nothing was too much trouble at all, they cracked on without a break and were attentive and hard working. I felt like a valued customer and would definitely recommend them, I will be using them again in the future, I can't thank them enough for taking the stress out of my ordeal on removals day, thank you for your great customer service Merrills.

Absolutely Amazing! Very professional. Low cost. Moved all our furniture safely including a new piano.
Within 2 hours the job was complete!
