Amazing team! Starting with the booking process and the team that removed all our belonging rapid, friendly and efficiently. I will recommend them to anyone that wants a stress free move. 10/10. Thank you very much. :)

Used on a positive recommendation but sadly had a poor experience. We had a number of teenagers unload at our new property, care was not given. Scuffs and marks on walls were made and the company stopped responding to our complaint, sadly they don’t seem interested in rectifying the problem - very unprofessional and disappointing, questionable if they have insurance, if they do they don’t want to use it to sort the damage.

If you’re looking for a removal company look no further. I cannot even convey how absolutely fantastic the whole team are. They fitted me in at extremely short notice and video called to view the property. Insurance was included and the price was very reasonable. On the day of the move the communication was great with updates on a precise ETA and phenomenal manoeuvring by the lorry driver. The team that arrived was incredibly polite, hard working and very efficient. They moved almost all of the contents my extremely awkward three floor three bed property in just over an hour with immaculate care and precision. They offered blankets to protect the carpets, bubble wrapped all of my glass items and even took apart my logistical nightmare of an antique bed when I was struggling. They expertly packed my belongings into a storage facility and even took care to provide a blanket for my mattress to rest on lest it pick up any dust from the floor. They offered to stay and help pack my personal items and provided many good quality boxes and tape. They are absolute professionals and some of the kindest and most conscientious individuals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I cannot recommend them enough.Read more

We can't speak too highly of Shropshire Removals. They were fantastic from start to finish and were, amazingly, the most reasonably priced by a long way. We had quotes which were double, even three times their price!
Every logistical problem I raised with Laura (and there were several), she found a solution or said it was not a problem. On removal day, the crew were incredibly professional. They were punctual, fast, efficient, good-humoured and careful. We strongly recommend this company.

We recently used Shropshire removals to move us from Much Wenlock to Richard’s Castle. Service was fantastic from start to finish with quick response to my enquiry, quote clearly set out, boxes delivered quickly and additional boxes dropped off when requested. On the day of the move they arrived on time and had us packed up and on the road punctually whilst ensuring everything was packed correctly. The drop off was great with everything put exactly where we wanted it.

Used them as thought was a family firm which thought would be better than big businesses ..well was very dissatisfied as was a load of kids who spent the first hour (well most of the day looking at them)on there phones and talking about last night when they had gone out and not got in until 3am..by God it showed and they kept stopping or going to the shops had a deadline to move out of 12.00 got loaded by 13.45 that's with me leaving some stuff at neighbour. Equipment was not up to job as lorry had no lift or ramp. Poor polish guy who was loading and unloading truck was absolutely fantastic and really worked his guts off (carrying the rest I felt he was a credit and if they had all been like him would have got 5 stars in fact I would dedicate one of the 2 stars above to him or they would have got 1 star only) but the rest were not good at all ...arrived at new address on time but took ages to unload as one of the guys was asleep in cab most of afternoon ( too much night before??) Got unloaded and then the lorry took ages to get going as suspension would not raise ....( Get some decent staff and equipment!!!) I later found that they had broken a desk which had to repair before use a drawer unit which had to repair and a 32'TV which had obviously been dropped on a corner ...really afraid would not be able to recommend again...could have been a one off but made a stressful day more stressful than it should have been..Read more
