Excellent service from quote to providing packing materials and the removal into storage. [Name removed by Sirelo] was professional, friendly and customer focused when providing the quote. . [Names removed by Sirelo] did a brilliant job on the day, taking great care with our possessions, keeping us informed of their progress. They were polite, courteous and friendly the whole time and a pleasure to meet them. I've no hesitations in recommending Britannia Willis.

Great Experience- All staff could not have been more helpful. From our initial enquiry to the home visit for quote & finally the crew on the day I found everyone to be professional & cheerful. The lads were very careful with all of our effects.

Excellent removal men, very professional. Unfortunately the management let the side down. They are not customer focused but rather very keen to stress what the customer must do for THEM and what they are NOT willing to do. I found them rude and unhelpful and when I complained, the behaviour was repeated. It is very surprising to come across such obvious misogyny and, in my opinion, there is no place for such behaviour in a modern business. I would never use this company again, whereas before I relocated I used the same family firm three times running.
