Used Moose Movers for my 3 bed house move in Basingstoke and I would highly recommend them.
3 guys turned up and got on with the job, listening to everything my partner and I asked them to move and how and where to put it.
Really great price for a really great job!

I will not recommend them. It was agreed that 3 people will be sent but on the day of move but I was surprised to see only 2 people.
The driver (Akshit) was in a hurry right from the beginning and wanted to finish job at the earliest. He even asked me to transfer the money before the unloading can start at the place.
Both the guys were fighting throughout the day and handled my stuff very roughly which resulted in scratches on my furniture and on walls of my new home.
The Beds are not properly assembled at my place. It is now difficult for me to operate the storage under the bed because of their shoddy handling.
Towards the end they just dropped the stuff on the floor.

First time using Moose Mover to move into my new flat, came by 4pm as requested 2guys were polite and friendly works really hard. Finished the job within 2hours as estimated, price were the same as quoted. Highly recommended!

I used Moose Mover to Move home from Surrey to the East Midlands. Everything went smoothly. Very reasonable price considering how far they had to travel.
I didn't realise that I needed 2 vans instead of one, but they quickly resolved this and brought another van at short notice so that I was able to get all of my belongings and furniture, including garden furniture, to my new home.
Lovely polite workers, helped with bringing the things into the correct rooms. They had no problem carrying heaving boxes and furniture. Highly recommend using them. Couldn't wish for a better team. Thank you again

We very recently used Moose Movers Company for our move, and we were happy with their service. Two men arrived right on time and immediately got to work. Their expertise was evident as they handled our belongings with care and efficiency. They were particularly careful with our TV and plants which we greatly appreciated.
The entire process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to them being organised. We highly recommend the company and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Onkar ji and his helper did a really nice job. It’s an hardworking job, I really appreciate their efforts. We did not have a single scratch on any of the item, as they handled it with care. One thing went off track which was estimated budget and time, we ended up paying more than our estimated budget but as I say they were polite and hardworking so we didn’t argue and paid off.
Overall good service and will definitely hire them for our coming move in a couple of months but with better planning.
