Got an appointment the same day. Very polite and extremely helpful. Pricing wasn't as high as I expected which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend .

Do not use! Agreed to collect some furniture pieces at 10am today as we are moving across the country tomorrow. At 10.30.nobody has arrived so I called them and was told some cock and bull story about the drivers child being taken to hospital and that they would be later than planned. The driver then phoned me and said he would be there around 1 o'clock because he had had a doctor's appointment. Shortly after, another guy called and said they would have to cancel because the drivers wife had miscarried a baby and they could not send another driver. When I told him this was all suspicious as I had been told 3ndifferent stories he started shouting at me and said if I thought he was lying then he could cancel the job and we could make other arrangements. We found someone else at very short notice who has completed the job for us with no messing around. I'm sure that they will reply to this review and tell yet another different story but this is the truth and I don't want anyone else who is in the stressful position of moving house to be relying on these clowns for removals. I can however strongly recommend basingstoke smooth removals who came at an hours notice and did the job that moose movers should have done!Read more

Used Moose Movers for my 3 bed house move in Basingstoke and I would highly recommend them.
3 guys turned up and got on with the job, listening to everything my partner and I asked them to move and how and where to put it.
Really great price for a really great job!

I will not recommend them. It was agreed that 3 people will be sent but on the day of move but I was surprised to see only 2 people.
The driver (Akshit) was in a hurry right from the beginning and wanted to finish job at the earliest. He even asked me to transfer the money before the unloading can start at the place.
Both the guys were fighting throughout the day and handled my stuff very roughly which resulted in scratches on my furniture and on walls of my new home.
The Beds are not properly assembled at my place. It is now difficult for me to operate the storage under the bed because of their shoddy handling.
Towards the end they just dropped the stuff on the floor.
