Service was ok. Would have been better if the phone calls were answered promptly. Some days, we had to call multiple times before someone answered the calls.

Parcel stuck in there, not sure what is has to do with DPD but they wouldn't hear anything, parcel has been there for more than 15 days with no sign of it being delivered, I feel for the businesses using them

Cargo (2 boxes) dispatched to India by air, not yet reached its destination. its been more than 3 months!!!. Disappointment!! tarik pe tarik on voice mail. initially was told 20 to 25 days by economy!!!
second cargo ( 2 boxes) sent by sea to India, not yet reached its destination. Its been more than 50 days now. Initially was told 35 to 40 days max. Tarik pe Tarik on voice mail!! No idea if its gonna make it.

We have been using UBX for the last 20 years almost. In that time we have found them to be most efficient and reliable they have never lost or mislaid a parcel in all that time. i would strongly recommend them to you.

it worst service provider company. from ten days i have been waiting for my parcel. they says that they forwarded shipment through dpd. on inquiry dpd says that they have not received any shipment from ubx. i have sent marraige dresses(5 nos) to my cleint. they update wrong information on ubx web. without any history details fron dpd, just declared shipment delivered. without connection in dpd, . what a lie.
