I recently used this company to import a car from Thailand to UK. I would like highly recommend Will at YFT. He has been very helpful, answered all emails very quickly(usually within minutes) short but to the point and yet very professional.
We had some problems with the shipping line but got sorted within a reasonable time.
I was very happy with the service received and the price was competitive too.
I would definitely use the service again. Thank you Will at YFT.

First class service thus far whilst we await my vehicle to arrive at Marchwood port, Southampton. The staff explained to me clearly, how the process works and also gave me military discount. I unequivocally recommend the services of YFT Logistics.

**Terrible Service - Unprofessional and Disrespectful**
I had an extremely disappointing experience with YFT Logistics. Their service was unprofessional from the start, and they consistently failed to handle things correctly on their end. When I decided not to proceed with the business, I was shocked to receive emails where they started naming me and using disrespectful language, even calling me a 'nob' and accusing me of wasting their time. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against doing any business with YFT Logistics. Special mention to Ym William for their particularly poor conduct. Absolutely not recommended.
Rather then been apologetic he was accusing me as I was at the fault .
Rule 101 , Customer is never wrong , and everyone requirement is not the same !

While other companies replied with incorrect and/or automated messages, Yvonne responded very promptly yet honestly that her services were not required because the goods’ clearance were pre-paid. I very much appreciate the honestly and transparency.

It is an incredible company, very detailed in the care of my merchandise and very friendly with customer service. They always help me and give me all the facilities, especially William who is already helping me send my second container to Chile.
