I had an extremely disappointing experience with YFT Logistics. Their service was unprofessional from the start, and they consistently failed to handle things correctly on their end. When I decided not to proceed with the business, I was shocked to receive emails where they started naming me and using disrespectful language, even calling me a 'nob' and accusing me of wasting their time. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against doing any business with YFT Logistics. Special mention to Ym William for their particularly poor conduct. Absolutely not recommended.
Rather then been apologetic he was accusing me as I was at the fault .
Rule 101 , Customer is never wrong , and everyone requirement is not the same !
