It's very rare I go to the trouble of writing a review but I'm very motivated to do so for Mike & Nick. What a great pair of guys!
The job was to move my mum and dad from St Helens to Darlington.
Firstly, we had some challenges on the run up to move day (with one planned date getting cancelled the afternoon before). It's never great to have to pick the phone up and tell someone it's all gone pear shaped, but Mike was brilliant and so accommodating. We arranged a different day the following week and thankfully it all went through.
The guys are great to get along with, nothing is too much trouble and their handling of everything is first class.
Seriously, give Mike and his team a chance to impress you as much as they impressed us! A lot of removal firms are faceless entities who care very little about you, but for me, this is where's Jacko's rises above the crowd.
If I ever needed a removal service again in the future, irrespective of living outside of the St Helens/Merseyside area now... Do you know what..... Mike will get the call.
Well done guys, a great business built on the right foundations - a solid reputation!

Great experience with Jacko’s Home Removals and big thanks to Mike & his team. Very efficient, quick and know how to fill a van. Moved me 7 miles and was loaded and unpacked in under 4 hours. Very impressed and would highly reccomend these guys.

Excellent service. Emptied my house quickly and efficiently; moved everything to Wiltshire and unloaded, after a four hour drive. Mike and his son are friendly and polite and bring calm to a stressful time. Recommend highly - the best choice you can make.

They guys were absolutely brilliant, fast and conscientious. Totally respectful of all the stuff I had accumulated over the years, they made moving a stress free experience. The guys were friendly and helpful, explained everything, and were very thoughtful. And the little moving in gift at the end was a very lovely touch. I would highly recommend the lads to anyone, and would use them again no question (however I'm hoping I don't have to hahaha) thanks guys :)
