Trico were beyond helpful when we used them to ship half our worldly possessions from the uk to Sri Lanka.
Poshini went a long way out of her way to provide all the best advice in terms of packing, labelling and dealing with customs at the other end. I really couldn’t recommend them more.

Fairly good service from the London Branch of Trico to arrange the shipment and to process it to SL. I wish the time of the shipment could be improved further in terms of departure and arrival processing at the destination, since it took longer than I thought, and further if prices could be quoted on weightage much better. Ms. Vathsala at London branch is very courteous, approachable, and responsive, and the item reached destination without any issue.

UK Team is very much supportive and efficient. They promptly respond to emails and calls. Domestic courier service is said to be through ''DHL'' .These courier drivers never turn up on time, are usually late by minimum of 1-2 DAYS. I doubt whether that is real DHL and these drivers/collections are surprisingly non trackable. So far, I did not find any items stolen by Trico. However, recently noticed lots of items have been damaged or impaired, despite the fact that they were securely covered with additional layers of separate packagings within the main T box. I don't know what caused this or whether this was due to suboptimal storage conditions during its shipment or that of the Sri Lankan warehouse.
