Really had a bad experience with this company. Mishandling and water damage to contents. Took 3 months to deliver door to door from UK to Sri Lanka. The company just casually mentioned that outer covering was changed due to water damage ,but it didn't owe that all the contents were water damaged. I am really disappointed as my parents received their long awaiting parcel from me ,in such a BAD condition. Please think twice before choosing this company.
I hope this will not happen to any future customers.

We handed over the cargo from Colombo to Southampton and received well ahead of the timelines indicated. The door to door service was well executed from SL to Southampton. Well-done guys and Thank you so much

I highly recommend this page, my box shipped to Sri Lanka via Trico , my family received box today, nothing is damaged in any way. I am truly grateful for the Trico service and staff. Trico uk were really professional. I will most certainly be using Trico International again and look forward to doing so.
