69Four days later they sent a message stating they had been delivered,unfortunately TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, INFACT TO A BUILDING SITE.
The parcels were clearly addressed and delivery instructions on every box
They contained valuable antiques and my fathers ashes.lt was 3 days before my sister found them and water damege had been done to some of the paintings
I was compensated £500(the delivery was £200)and the ruined painings are irreplacable and belonged to my parents.
Mind boggling incompetence.
The recipt they sent me showed a completely different address.somebody working in the Isle of Lewis depot should be looking for a new job now,something more suited to their limited capabilities.Avoid this firm if you value your property!
