On the 28th of October 2025 I contracted Woodys to deliver 8 large parcels to an address in Cornwall.
Four days later they sent a message stating they had been delivered,unfortunately TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, INFACT TO A BUILDING SITE.
The parcels were clearly addressed and delivery instructions on every box
They contained valuable antiques and my fathers ashes.lt was 3 days before my sister found them and water damege had been done to some of the paintings
I was compensated £500(the delivery was £200)and the ruined painings are irreplacable and belonged to my parents.
Mind boggling incompetence.
The recipt they sent me showed a completely different address.somebody working in the Isle of Lewis depot should be looking for a new job now,something more suited to their limited capabilities.Avoid this firm if you value your property!

Parcel not delivered, claims it has been but no proof of delivery, not returning calls, I've been chasing for nearly a week, has created alot of stress, has made it way from America to be lost here on the Island,

Woody’s Express is a fantastic delivery service for the Outer Hebrides. They’re always reliable, with parcels arriving on time and in great condition. Their customer service is easy to deal with, and any questions or issues are quickly sorted. They go the extra mile.
The local delivery drivers really make a difference – they’re friendly, helpful, and always handle deliveries with care. It’s great to have a service you can count on, and Woody’s Express does just that. Highly recommended!

Had to send something very urgent and Woody's arranged the courier for me. Item delivered abroad within 2 days! Service wasn't cheap but worth every penny, can only highly recommend!

Lost parcel but marked it as delivered. Never responded to emails and messages left and when called never returned calls until I called AGAIN yesterday. A month on and they simply said they cannot find it and to contact the supplier of the package and tell them it was not delivered to get a refund.
