I reached out to Terry about a week before we were due to exchange and he was in touch immediately and round the next day to provide a quote. As soon as we exchanged he was round to get started (we were lucky our seller was kind enough to let is move garden furniture the night before the move) despite us not completing until 4.30 he was still there and got started. He arrived promptly the next morning and was so friendly, chatty and hard working. His colleague Mark arrived shortly after and they both got everything sorted so swiftly. Once we got keys, they were quick to get everything in, always checking where best to put anything making it so helpful with the sort out! Could not recommend highly enough. Recently used Severn Estates to help sell our late fathers property in Stourport and have to say how impressed we were with the service.

Really happy with the service provided by Russell and the team on the sale of my property. He kept everything on track and we ended up completing on time. This agent were also the cheapest compared to other local competitors and so it was a win-win all round with excellent service and value for money. I would definitely use them again.
