John and his team have done lots of removals for me and my family over the years and recently carried out a removal for me. Journeys are meticulous in their attention to detail and your feel safe letting them handle your precious belongings!!! They are fast and efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We were delighted with the service we received from Journeys. From start to finish they were professional, helpful and efficient. The estimation of contents was extremely impressive and when I requested additional parcel tape it was dropped off within 24 hours.
The move went like clock work and was very stress free. Also happy to report 100% of our contents arrived in tact. In summary, this is an excellent company who I highly recommend!!!

I recently used Journeys for a short move in the West Midlands. A short move,, but loads of books, files and stuff. Journeys were really good from start to finish – efficient, well organised in advanced, and extremely helpful and reassuring on the day. Because a house move can be such a difficult event, I'm sure it's worth paying for excellent service. I thoroughly recommend Journeys and I will definitely use them again.

Thank you soooo very much to the whole team at Journeys for making our dreams come true and moving all of our belongings from the Midlands down here to Cornwall! It had been a long term dream, but with so many things to consider and so daunting to make this big move to the wonderful county of Cornwall. Journeys took all of the stress out of moving.
From the first meeting with John, to the great option of having the three day process for long haul trips, packing all of our things over two days then moving into our new home on the third, all we had to do was sit back and put our trust in the hands of real experts. The removal team are gold, incredibly caring, professional and experienced people who we could have complete faith in from day one.
We were very lucky.... we could have gone to one of the giant removal companies but I am sure that their service would not have been a patch on Journeys, as they really care. Not a single item of furniture was hurt in any way and on top of that we had great fun with the removal guys who became like friends and we will miss them.

We used Journeys Removals to move into our plush new offices on White house Common Rd. A very professional, efficient & friendly service all round and the whole experience was stress free! The representative John quoted for the job and even advised us on how to package up our office furniture correctly. The 3 men on the day who attended to our removal were superb.
