Adrian and the team were fantastic throughout the whole process to make it stress free. Adrian came out and gave us a quote. 2x 3.5 trucks and 4 lads. The team were uniformed, experienced and took good care to move all items properly for our 3 bed house, plus outhouse, loft and heavy garden pots.
We had a last minute completion at 5.30pm Friday, having already told the team to return to their unit they didn't hesitate to turn back and finish the job.
I would highly recommend and would use again.

I could not be happier with Thomas Bell Removals. The crew were very organised and careful with all my belongings. I had an extremely heavy table which they had to deal with and a fragile TV which they took the utmost care with.
The delivery had 3 different drops and the lads just did not stop at all.
Very impressed with overall service and the friendly attitude of the crew.

Thomas Bell Removals were subcontracted by @TotalMovingSolutions for our international move and in September 2024 came to our home to pack our possessions.
Thomas Bells website states, and I quote 'A Stress FREE Move Guaranteed!'
This I'm sorry to say was not my experience.
Thomas Bells website also states, 'All Our Staff Are Fully Trained Removal Professionals'.
Again this was not what I experienced.
Rubbish was left both inside and outside my home, for me to clean up.
My floor was scratched.
Door strike plates were damaged and bent out of shape.
I pointed out the dirty tissue that was left upstairs in the bedroom window and asked for this to be removed. It was not!
When I wanted to check the contents of one of the boxes in the garage Adrian closed the lid down on my hand before I could move it away. He told me as we had packed it ourselves there was no need to check and that everything looked good.
Boxes were not itemised. There were boxes that were not full and some only contained one or two items.
You wrapped and loaded a 55-inch television on your truck, yet it was missed off the job sheet. This had to be added later. This made me wonder what else might have been missed!
We waited months for our possessions to arrive and during this time worried constantly about possible damages. So, when we finally received our house contents in February 2025, and we saw the amount of collapsed and damaged packing boxes our hearts sank.
The boxes that were damaged were not full, or properly packed. So, once a heavier box was placed on top it caused the box that was not sufficiently packed to collapse.
It is of no surprise then that damages were found, as well as items with mould.
So, unlike some of your other reviews my overall experience was definitely NOT stress-free and giving your Company one star is one too many in my opinion.Read more

Writing this review, sat in my new home, with all of my stuff having arrived only a couple of hours ago…
And I cannot recommend Adrian and all of his team enough.
Great service from the off with Adrian responding to my quote by phone and arranging an appointment to come out and assess the job. Unfortunately he fell ill that day but instead assessed the job no hassle by phone and booked me in (with only two weeks notice! And on a Friday to boot!)
The quote was half the price of some I’d received and is incredibly competitive. Their approach to deposit and payment is also extremely fair (and I’d say generous).
Adrian remained in touch via WhatsApp heading up to our move date. The move itself was made so smooth. Items arrived perfectly, well protected and looked after. Things were placed in rooms as we asked and they even offered to refit the legs on our sofa.
The guys were all incredibly friendly. Super down to earth and just good people. Even got some much appreciated carpet care advice for free (Thanks for saving our tenancy deposit!)

Adrian came out to give a personalised quote free of charge. They were able to fit us in at short notice and were careful to move our furniture without causing damage. Overall very pleased with the service and would recommend.

The guys was very friendly and helpful and extremely hard working in our relocation from Sutton Coldfield to Gloucestershire.
All items was handed with extreme care and placed back in our new house with no
breakages.
