No words will ever be enough to thank We Move for their warm, friendly , professional and truly amazing removal custom. From the point of my first call I felt truly valued as a customer. Moving can be stressful at anytime but We Move made the process so seamless and stressfree. To every single person at We Move that supported my Move you are all truly amazing and keep doing what you do. Without a doubt I would not hesitate to recommend We Move they are definitely 5 stars and more .

When under a huge amount of pressure to move the world and his dog by 31st March, We Move could have taken endless deposits ultimately knowing many would not manage to go through but they didn’t. Instead they always responded to messages promptly and honestly. They kept a good sense of humour and tried to help in any way they could.
Their support over an incredibly stressful time was so appreciated that I would have tried to change our moving date just to ensure we could have used them.
On the move day itself…Ed, Chris, Keith, Tristan and Josh were fantastic. If you’re lucky enough to meet them, you can rest assured your home is in good hands.
We have told our estate agent Faye Shaw to ensure she keeps recommending this firm as in doing so they make her look good.
Honestly the team totally made our moving day. They were so friendly and professional and from start to finish gave their all.
They spoke to us politely and instilled confidence that they knew what they were doing. Walk-rounds gave us an opportunity to discuss our needs and also throughout the process ensured we were happy with what had been done.
We used a partial packing service so that the shed and kitchen were fully packed for us. Speedy, efficient, thorough. I would definitely recommend this service as it was so helpful to be able to not worry about these areas when packing the rest of the house.
The team know what will be achievable and advised us if furniture would not be able to make angles for example and discussed alternative locations.
They even checked at the end if any items needed moving from where they had been placed within rooms. So thoughtful.
I cannot tell you how grateful we were for this company’s service. When the process of moving house is stressful enough, do yourself a favour and hire these guys to lighten the load. They are wonderful.

We couldn’t thank Joe, Reece and the team at We Move enough. We were highly impressed with their professionalism with great communication and punctually. They were efficient with loading and unloading, as well as handling our belongs with the upmost care.
Thank you for going the extra mile by storing our belongings and keeping them safe for an extra couple of days.

We could not have been more happy with We Move removal company. Every member of staff we met were friendly, professional, respectful and went above and beyond to help us. They worked like troopers and nothing was too much trouble to place everything where we wanted it in our new home. Everything was packed and transported with care and there were no breakages. I cannot recommend this fantastic team highly enough. They helped make our moving day a real pleasure.

From picking up the phone to contact WE Move Sutton Coldfield, to the handover of my new apartment once everything was delivered, the staff are a credit to the company. Totally professional in every way.
The most stressing time was managed perfectly. The staff arrived the time that was agreed, very friendly, very efficient, nothing was an issue at all. I was being asked repeatedly if I needed anything checking, or if I needed help with what I was doing. My property was treated with the utmost care and respect. For me it was a none event, no worries, no concerns. I have already recommended We Move Sutton Coldfield to my sister who is also moving to Wales from the West Midlands.

Very highly recommended, lovely team (the house we moved into wasn't ready for us meaning a very late unpacking so they pretty much brought the whole team across to get us in!), so we pretty much met all of them I think!
