We have used Mr Nice Removals today. First class service from booking to moving. Great communication took the stress out of our move. Our team of Mitch and Ian were brilliant, well mannered, diligent and hard working with great pride in their work. I would not hesitate to use Sebastian's team at Mr Nice again

Right from the outset, Sebastian, Sabrina and the team have been professional and clear, but also kind and accommodating. Every interaction has been clear and professional, and the team have gone above and beyond to get everything sorted for us in one day, instead of two. Despite me feeling extremely stressed and slightly panicked during the process, Sebastian and team have been wonderful. I am so incredibly grateful for all they have done for us!!

Very friendly, reassuring and professional service. Treated all our belongings with care. Lovely to have with you they were always cheerful even when it took longer than we expected to get confirmation of completion on the new house. Moving is stressful but with Mr Nice you don't have to worry about your possessions.

The team from Mr Nice did an awesome job moving out home contents from storage to our new property.
It is not the easiest of houses to place/move large items around, but they did it all with a smile and a very high level of care.
In short, in full, on time and on price - can’t ask for better.

What an excellent service from Sebastian, Dinesh and the team! Booking was very easy via the webpage and email, they arrived on time, worked hard to carefully Tetris all our items onto the van. Throughout the whole process Sebastian was keen to make sure we were happy at all times. Would definitely use them again! If only every company was this good.

If you are looking for a removal company who will give you the best customer service ever - look no further.
Our house move was delayed twice, but Sebastian and team did everything they could to rearrange schedules to ensure they could still move us on the day we finally completed.
They went out of their way to offer an impeccable service, at a fair price, even though they had to work super long hours to fit everything in.
Throughout the whole process, Sebastian was friendly, honest and realistic about what could be achieved. His dedication to ensuring the customer is happy is second to none, with updates, and calls to check things were progressing as planned.
We strongly believe that no other removal company would have offered us the service Mr Nice Removals did, under the very stressful circumstances we were in.
We can't thank them enough for everything they did for us over 3 days.
