We found this company top notch. Finding this company to do our long distance move from Sutton to Wigan on such short notice was a godsend. Michael Ian and Chrissy who did our move were absolutely fantastic. They took the stress away. They were all super efficient and so helpful. It was a really long day for all of them but once the vans were unloaded at the end of the journey they asked if there was anything else we needed any help with. I can’t rate them highly enough and we would definitely recommend them 100 %. Thank you all so much for your hard work!

When moving house finding a removal company who is going to do right by you and your belongings is quite stressful. I cannot thank Ian and Michael enough, they were absolutely amazing. Turned up and just cracked on with it, making sure everything was secure and protected. When we got to our house there had been a delay at the solicitor's so we didn't get the keys until 5:00, they didn't moan one bit and just said as long as you are happy we are happy, would have them back any time they really were amazing.

BEWARE of using this company. They will damage your items in transportation then deny it was caused by them. I used them and when removing the protective packaging from my washing machine I noticed that the door had been damaged. This was a brand new washing machine. The porters said “don’t worry we will sort it” they took pictures and phoned the office to report it and said “we will get a new door ordered for you”. I asked if they would get in trouble for it and the porters said “no that’s what we have insurance for”. As they had took pictures and said it has been reported I was like ok. A few weeks passed and I had not heard anything so I emailed them to chase it up. They called me back to say this was the first they are hearing about it!!! to sum up the discussion and I quote them “well it will just be your word against ours & you can’t prove we did it”. If you use them don’t expect them to accept liability for any damages they cause.

Well. After waiting 8 months for our sale and purchase to go through it finally did!
We were literally given 3 days notice to move and I was frantically ringing around removal companies to book one. We moved on a Thursday, which I was hoping to find availability a little easier, but that didn't happen.
I came across Mr Nice Removals and saw their rating was high.
Moving home is a stressful and personal experience, so to completely trust a 'stranger' with everything you own can be daunting!
The lads turned up around 9am and got to work straight away. They introduced themselves and were really upbeat and pleasant.
They emptied the upstairs first and started to dismantled our huge super king media bed. Everything was done really well and moved with care.
Once emptied, we made our way to the new property. They unloaded very quickly and placed boxes in the appropriate rooms.
It was in excess of 29 degrees with full sun and they never moaned once.
Great service from start to finish!

This is a long overdue review as Sebastian and his team helped me move house in March, but wanted to share my excellent experience.
This was my first time moving house alone with a cat, both me and the cat were naturally quite stressed! However Sebastian was very understanding and helpful. He suggested playing some calming music for my cat and he and his colleague moved items in a way to minimise his distress. There was a delay in me picking up the keys to my new place, which meant Sebastian called a 3rd colleague to help get the job done on time. There was then a small issue of my sofa not fitting though the door 😂 Sebastian and his team went above and beyond to explore the options and eventually got it in! All my belongings were handled carefully and respectfully.
I would highly recommend Mr Nice, the whole team were so patient and friendly throughout and really helped to make the moving process as smooth as possible. Thankyou all 😊

We had the pleasure of Sebastian and Ian helping us to move on Friday morning and all I can say is WOW! What a wonderful service they provide, so professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our move as easy as possible. I cannot recommend them enough and should we ever move again we would definitely use them again. A big thank you for everything.
