Do not use this man! This man is a thief! He stole my Standing fan and 2 Sets of stools. After coming 2 hours late, he tried to ask for more money than we agreed I refused, I didn’t know he would take my stuff! This is unbelievable. CCTV camera showing him taking it to his van! Do not use him!

STAY AWAY!!!!
I would never recommend this company to anyone, was meant to start at 8.am he was late so I rang him for him to say he was 5 mins away didn't turn up till 9.30am and said oh sorry I was sat in a que for fuel, which he failed to mention when I rang him the first 10 times. He was on his phone while driving, on a tablet and checking his diary which was causing him to swerve all over the road. he had ago at me and my friend because we complained that he was late.
He hardly moved any of the stuff me and my friends did most of the work while he was on his phone.
He tried keeping the washing machine because I wanted to pay him once the job was complete which he replied with if you don't give me my money I will keep it.
He also told me it's got nothing to do with me if he goes on his phone or not when he had two customers in his van.
Completely unprofessional

I used their service on 26 June to move to my new home. The guys were friendly, very fast and very efficient. I don’t have a single negative about them. They came in time, loaded my stuff into their van and we’re very careful with delicate and breakable items. Will definitely recommend and use them again if needed. Thanks guys

I engaged Ultimate Man & Van 2 weeks ago to move my stuff from my previous place to another one. They were 1h30 late without saying anything. I had to call them twice to ask if they were on the way.... No apologies.
Before to engage them, we quoted a price online which was great and reasonable . But at they arrival, they asked us (my flatmate and myself) extra money in cash (£100) !!! They had such an unprofessional behaviour when we ask for a justification.
Last thing : one lamp was broken during the trip and they forgot a box in the previous place...
Not happy with this service
Please do not waste your money and your time.

I am not reviewing the company by its service. My neighbour used their services and the driver just parked the car diagonally on the road. In my area we have large driveways and space for any car/van to park and leave space for others. When I approached the driver, to park the car correctly so I can go to my house he SHOUT A BIG FAT “ NO” to my face.
I can accept a lot of things but rudeness is not one of them, specially when my toddler was there.
