We used Britannia Robbins for our move yesterday. They provided their packing service as well as the overall move & both services were second to none. The packers / removers arrived on time, were polite, friendly, professional & couldn't have done more for us! I wouldn't think twice about recommending them & we would definitely use them again. Thanks to all involved

We used Britannia Robins for a 1067sq/ft office move that entailed dismantling large rotation steel filing cabinets and reassembling them at the new location, office furniture and 150 crates. All the work was done within the agreed time schedule. The coordinator Paul Davies and his staff were all courteous friendly and helpful. I must compliment them on behalf of the Baptist Union of Wales and would have no qualms about recommending this company to anyone.

I was very impressed with my recent move to Swansea from Peterborough with Britannia Robbins. From the start, Donna was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure the move went as smoothly as possible. The cost of the move was also very competitive. The two removal men Gerald and Jamie were outstanding and extremely helpful and I cannot praise them enough. I would highly recommend this outstanding removal firm.

We used Britannia Robbins to move my elderly mother from Swansea to Welshpool. By coincidence Britannia Robbins moved my mother into her house in Swansea 54 years ago and one of the owners who helped my mother move 54 years ago, took time out of his day and popped in to see my mum during her move to Welshpool. We cannot thank this company enough for their service and kindness from start to finish.
The men undertaking the removal from Swansea to Welshpool were beyond helpful and kind to my mother and family, continually making sure she was comfortable whilst being jovial, professional, super friendly and making a potentially stressful house move less stressful for all.
We cannot thank Britannia Robbins and their staff enough and we would highly recommend their services.

First rate service from Robbins for our move from UK to Spain.
We had 3 quotes from 3 different companies (one was absolutely extortionate and discounted immediately). We chose Robbins over the other company as we felt there was far more information provided on the website for initial comparisons. Price was very competitive too.
We had a video survey carried out by Paul which, was challenging as our Internet was cutting out in several rooms, but it didn't seem to cause a problem as we received a quote within a couple of days detailing collection, delivery and insurance.
We had to fill in various forms regarding insurance, customs etc.which, at times were a bit involved, but, a phone call or an email to Donna resolved any queries we had and it didn't matter how many times we contacted her, she was always helpful and knowledgeable.
On the day of collection, Ben and Peter arrived, took a look around the house and set to work packing.
They left later on to park up, ready to return the next morning to finish packing the lorry.
Ben and Peter worked tirelessly, carefully packing our items into the lorry like a game of tetris.
Exactly one month later, we had our belongings delivered to our new home in Spain (couldn't have been timed better)
Ray and Jamie unpacked the lorry effortlessly and placed everything where we needed it.
Donna kept us updated with every step of the process so we always knew what was happening.
We would definitely recommend Robbins Removals and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future if needed.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. We had an horrendous experience transporting our car from Northern Cyprus to the UK but Donna & Andrew sorted it. Donna and team go out of their way to help. They are all so courteous and willing. We highly recommend them.
