E-mailed me 3 days before the move to say he’d taken on another client and was cancelling with me. No apology given.
Organised with easy move who told me that he’d had a few clients from Martyn because he’d double booked. 1 from just the previous week.

Not happy with the service . I moved few months go with this company . I have called the company and told them about my items and they gave me a price without doing proper survey . Despite my explanation that I will need big van they have sent a smaller one and then made my trip double and also doubled my payment giving me higher quotation in the same moment of moving . I denied the offer from another big professional company with the same price because I thought their price is cheaper but it was a trick . To be honest the guys who were moving the furniture were good guys but I am not happy with the un professionalism of this company dealing with the requests and needs of the customers . A little damage to my walls in the living room happened during moving of furniture. I would say keep it your last choice if you are moving inside Swansea

Absolutely fantastic service from Martyn's Movers. They were really careful with our stuff during a house move, we really couldn't fault them at all. Would not hesitate to recommend them, and will most definitely use them again next time we move!
