Smart movers came highly recommended from others in the local area, so we decided to approach them regarding our move from a 2 bedroom semi in to a 3 bedroom terrace. Kevin visited the properly to check details of what was being moved prior to completion day. On the day of completion, the 3 removal men arrived at 9am and worked tirelessly until 6pm to complete the move. We couldn’t fault any of them. The invoice was incredibly reasonable. Thank you Smart Movers!

The only reason I have given this company even one star is that they did actually come out to check what I wanted moving. After a week I hadn't heard with a quote or even a 'we don't want to quote' so I rang Kevin. I was advised that they were very busy and that my move was a 'hefty job'. Well it would be; it's furniture! He said he would quote, however, but after another week I still hadn't heard, so I emailed and advised Kevin not to trouble himself to quote. I didn't even receive an apology. Rude and unprofessional. So, if you have heavy furniture I wouldn't bother.
