Mr [name removed by Sirelo] who came to give us an estimate seemed genuine and gave us confidence in the ‘local company ’. The removal men seemed fine and we tipped them on collection and delivery.
However, we soon discovered that that our sofa and almost brand new bed were smelling of damp and had water marks/black fungus. We’ve been contacting Sandersons for over 6 months now and receive no reply. We paid a lot of money on insurance.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO STORE YOUR FURNITURE. MR KIDD IS NOT WHAT HE APPEARS TO BE.

Terrible experience. Everything they put in storage got damp and the company will not reply to let me make an insurance claim. I spent thousands with them and cannot believe how badly they treat their customers.
Were nice when they gave me a quote
Increased the price by 110% to get my things back out of storage
Everything got damp in their warehouse. They wont let me make an insurance claim

The men are professional, many have been with the firm for over 30 years. They are calm, polite, incredibly hard working, honest and completely trustworthy.
We cannot recommend them enough, having had bad experiences in the past with other firms.
