We moved out and then into storage and then, some months later, out of storage and into our new home. The teams were not the same personnel but all showed high standards of professionalism and care.
Hope I'm not moving again but were I to be, then I would certainly consider using Premier because of their first rate service. And their pricing is competitive - especially so when you get this level of service.

Excellent experience with Premier. From the outset their assessment and engagement was first class. Verity was an absolute star and James was brilliant. The moving crew was absolutely superb, always respectful and absolutely grafted - cant fault them. Would have no hesitation in recommending Premier - they live upto their name ! Oh and James T - an absolute star !!!!!

Premier Movers packed my house and transported it to my new house without any issues at all. The team were all professional and cheerful and made it a very easy day. They unpacked it and put everything in exactly the right places and made the whole day stress free

We are so pleased we decided to use Premier Movers.... We cannot fault them in any way. From the initial visit obtaining a quotation to the actual move itself, all the staff were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!! - after 19 previous moves and some horrific experiences, from lorries too small, breakages on every move, lorries having accidents and many more negative experiences it was with trepidation that I set out to look for a company to do move number 20! From the first point of contact with the office I knew I'd chosen correctly. The professionalism of everyone who we had contact with was second to none. We did a 3 day move with 2 vehicles (18.5t and 7t) and had 5 crew members for days 1 and 2 and 2 on day 3.
Our move was particularly emotive for personal reasons and the crew were so compassionate and caring. At every step we were asked if things would be ok wrapped in a certain way and if not they would do it a different way. Communication never stopped between the crew and ourselves and we literally sat back while it all happened around us.
Marie was amazing at wrapping the China and Phil excelled on lamps and shades (none were broken which is a first for us). James, as crew lead, was outstanding and his professionalism and care was second to none. Luke gave the best hugs, when needed and each and every crew member just cared! All the way through their personal touch was amazing.
You've probably gathered by now that we were so happy with them. I would now never use anyone else and can't stop raving about them. The best removal company I have EVER used and I have used all the big names and none come anywhere close to Premier. Premier by name and Premier by league!

Excellent service from all. Competitive price & would highly recommend. Good communication and the actual moving day made as enjoyable as it could be with a great moving team. If you're moving use them! Excellent.
