Unprofessional, kept having fag breaks! All my belongings had be dropped along the corridor from my flat to the lift & then my kitchen bin was left in the corridor on the ground floor outside the lift! I had 2 clothes rails full of clothes, but they only made one rail and tried to squeeze all my clothes on the one rail, so I can’t physically remove the clothes off the rail, it’s too tightly packed! I’m disabled and unable to use my left side, I’ve one functioning hand/arm and they knew that they’d need to pack my breakables etc, as I couldn’t, the son like came round and saw exactly what they needed to be done and they quoted my over &2000, over a couple of days. Which I had to expect, if I wanted to move. Because I was so stressed and tired ( my health issues & side effects of my medication) it’s been over a year since I moved, as [Name removed by Sirelo] told me to take my time, unpack & sort my stuff out slowly, which I did, but I can’t do anymore myself and have been messing them asking for them to empty My bedroom and put my stuff back the way it should have been put back in the first place? Even my social worker messaged them, because they were ignoring me and [Name removed by Sirelo] lied to her?! I just tried ringing & my call went to voicemail. I left a message and then the father [Name removed by Sirelo], rang me back & wont let me talk, keep making excuses & when I pulled him on the lies, he kept saying “well I can’t say, I wasn’t there” was his febrile excuse!they expect me to at them move money to finish the work they should have completed correctly the first time!
