Great from start to finish. Easy to arrange and sort collection from 3rd party storage facility. Great communication on the day of removal. The 2 guys who delivered to the asked where everything needed to go. Will definitely use again. Thanks for making the process so easy.

A number of items arrived broken, including PC monitors, desks, shelves, kitchenware, pictures, a lamp, and items that were dismantled were not reassembled on arrival. Insurance was purchased, and although they admitted to damaging a lamp, they refused to admit to anything else and instead said they couldn't be sure it wasn't my Mam who had broken it as she transported some items for us. None of the items in question were transported by my Mam.
They've said this was in their T&C's and she is a 'third party contractor'. The T&CS were never sent to us. They claimed it was sent as part of the booking confirmation but when I revisted my emails, they did not attach them.
The movers also took an hour longer to get to the new house than we did despite leaving before us, and we were charged for their rather lengthy lunch break.
Absolute scam, paid more than agreed for a job not completed, and ended up with hundreds of pounds worth of damage for the privilege. Avoid.

I highly recommend Wakefield Removals. They arrived on time and made quick work of clearing the house. They were really polite and friendly and particularly kind to my parents who were moving. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience
