Its abt 10 months now, I sent courier to my family in Karachi- Pak at mid December, never received. i gave up to contact them anymore those scammers. I sent, mostly Brand new clothing item including some used articles and some electronics items as well. the value of the items was around £2000 plus. 5 Bags, total weight was 91KG and i paid £150 charges.
when i start chasing them after 2 months in they said Cargo in Karachi Port, due to election there is delayed at port. after few weeks they stop pick up my phone in March. i send them e-mails but they never reply back and in April they disconnect the phones. I hope someone succeeds in taking these thieves to court.

My aunt a widow was sending 48kg of brand new items for widows and children in feb 24 to Pakistan, this creature entered her house and took the goods after reassuring it will be received by them in may 24 by the latest, we are now in August and nothing was received! In fact one of the recipients, literally passed away a few weeks ago expecting some items! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ The value of the clothes and other items was over £1000. These people are professional scammer's and should be named and shamed and reported to the police. She paid £80 to these crooks. Shameless.

I sent my parcel in January 2024, been over 7 months and parcel hasn't been delivered. The phone numbers aren't going through I had stuff which was brand new for my family in Pakistan. It's sad that these people claim to be muslim but scam others very shameful please stay away from this dodgy Company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is fraudulent. I have sent parcels for 3 years and they always reached the destination but since November 2023 two of my parcels have not reached Pakistan. I use to send clothes to various charities and this company has disappointed so many people. They never answer the phone or emails. Shame on you.

This is not a company this is just to scam people and take there goods and money. I sent a parcel worth about 700 pound and they haven't reached the destination its been more than 9 months. So the best advice is stay away!!!!! If I had a option I will give it 0 star. Really poor service

Sent my parcel through this company in Oct 2023. It never reached the destination. Called multiple times and was told it will reach in 10 days. That was 4 months ago. Now they aren't even picking up the phone. I have reported them to national action fraud. I hope someone succeeds in taking these thieves to court.
