The lads moved us from 31 Bracken Way Frodsham to St Michael's on Wyre on Friday 31st January. They were excellent, pleasant and efficient. A credit to your company. Many thanks 😊

Initially very happy with my removal service as the move went very easily. Requested to access my things only to be told storage was not on site but was actually over 20 miles away and only accessible for a considerable fee. No one communicated any of this to me before my move. Now I cannot access my belongings and when I complained was told it was my own fault for assuming they stored my things on the site I was calling?! Even though I had nothing explained to me, I should have magically known I would not be able to access my belongings without driving large distances and paying considerable sums of money! And that ‘storage’ and ‘self storage’ are totally different things and come with massively different costs. Very disappointing would not recommend.

We were recommended to Neil Trevor Removals by a family member who had used them earlier in the year and we were not disappointed. Neil was exceptional on the initial assessment appointment. His expertise and charismatic personality put us at ease immediately and we had no doubt that once in the hands of this family-run business, our move would be seamless. From admin support to James and the team, nothing was too much trouble and our belongings were safely delivered to our new home with smiles and courtesy beyond exception. We cannot thank you enough!
