Amazing service. I contacted Ben the day before I needed someone to come and pack up loose items from our house. I wasn’t hopeful of finding anyone as I’d left it so late and it was a Friday. However Ben was able to provide the services of Peter, who did an amazing job and was so helpful and accommodating - he is a good man.

I recently used this removals company for my move, and it was a complete disaster. They arrived late, which threw off my entire schedule for the day. The team seemed unprofessional and inexperienced. They mishandled my furniture, resulting in several scratches and even a broken chair leg. Despite assuring me that they were careful and experienced, it was clear that they were not. Additionally, their customer service was unresponsive when I called to address these issues. I would never use this company again and would advise others to avoid them as well.

Contacted Ben to arrange move. Had a few issues with moving date but he reassured me everytime that he could do it and he lived up to his promise. The men turned up on time, did a great job and Ben gave me a great price. Highly recommend
